Short answer: Not formal consultations, but I'm happy to have a genuine conversation.
Long answer: I offer free 20-30 minute discovery calls to see if we're a good fit. I won't pitch you a Sprint if your situation doesn't warrant it. Sometimes a Quickscan makes more sense, sometimes you're not ready yet, and I'll tell you that honestly.

Yes. The Governance Quickscan (2 weeks, €2,000-2,500) gives you Phase 1 only: full AI tool audit, maturity score, gap analysis, and quick wins. About 30-40% of Quickscan clients convert to the full Sprint once they see their actual governance gaps.

Absolutely. While I'm based in Twente (Netherlands) and starting with NL/Benelux, the Sprint is designed for remote delivery. If you're EU-based and dealing with EU AI Act compliance, location doesn't matter; we'll make it work.

That's fine. The February cohort is for design partners (early adopters at reduced rates). If you need to start later, you can join the waitlist and I'll reach out when the next cohort opens. Just specify your timeline in your message.

Not standalone, no. The workshops only work because they're built on top of the Brand Constitution and governance system created in Phases 1-2. Training without that foundation would be generic and ineffective.
However, if you've already built governance documentation and just need help implementing/training, we can discuss a custom engagement. Email with "Custom Engagement" in subject.
